General Questions
What are your hours of operation?
We are open Sunday through Friday from 9:00am to 7:00pm. Happy Hour is 1:00pm-3:00pm daily. We are CLOSED on Saturday to observe the Sabbath.
How does online ordering work?
By shopping online, you agree to our terms and conditions and that you are of legal purchasing age (21+). To place an online order, simply click on any “Shop Now” buttons or click on “Our Store” at the top of our website. You will be taken directly to our online store and can easily search for products in the search bar or browse our categories. When you find an item you want to purchase, add the item to your online shopping cart. When we are done shopping and are ready to complete your purchase, either click on the “Checkout” option that pops up after adding an item to your cart or click on the shopping cart at the top of the website and then select “Checkout”. You will then be prompted to input your personal information online during checkout and you will have the option to pay via credit/debit card or pay with cash during pick-up. All orders can be picked up during normal business hours in-store or through our drive-through window. Refunds are not given, due to the nature of these products. Please be sure of what you are purchasing before completing checkout.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
We do not offer refunds or returns due to the nature of our products. All sales are final, no exceptions. If you have purchased a faulty electronic device, most of the time, those devices come with a limited warranty through the manufacturer.

Is THCa Legal?
Yes, all of our THCa products are legal and contain less than 0.3% delta-9 THC by dried weight. This makes our products legal, not only at the state level, but also at the federal level in the United States. You must be of legal age (21+) in order to purchase THCa products.
What is THCa?
THCa refers to cannabis that contains high levels of tetrahydrocannabinolic acid (THCa) in their raw (unheated) form. THCa is the precursor to the THC cannabinoid, the main psychoactive compound in cannabis that you a currently used to. THCa, once heated or lit, will have the same effects of THC. THCa is naturally grown and our flower is sourced from licensed farms in California, Arizona and Oregon.

Payment
What if I need to modify my online order?
If you need to modify your online order, adjustments can be made at the time of pick-up.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We current accept most major US credit and debit cards, tap pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Cash. We do not accept checks, money orders nor do we offer in-store fronts.
